SECTION 1 Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to Audy & Co.'s Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Final Sale Policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products offered through Audy & Co. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

SECTION 2 Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the curated, small-batch nature of our collections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Made-to-order items
Custom or curated "kits"
Seasonal or limited-run inventory
Items marked as "Final Sale"

Please review all product details, dimensions, and materials carefully prior to purchase.

SECTION 3 No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment.

SECTION 4 Shipping & Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping timelines vary based on product type:

In-stock items: 5–10 business days
Made-to-order items: 3–6+ weeks

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Audy & Co. is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
Delivery exceptions once marked "delivered"

We recommend selecting secure delivery locations.

SECTION 5 Refused / Returned Shipments

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for:

Reshipping fees
Any additional carrier charges

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 6 Damages & Claims

We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Photos of packaging
Photos of the damaged item
Order number

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

At our discretion, we may:

Replace the item
Offer store credit
File a claim with the carrier

We do not guarantee replacements for one-of-a-kind or limited items.

SECTION 7 Order Accuracy & Product Disclaimer

We strive to display colors, textures, and materials as accurately as possible. However:

Variations in color, tone, texture, and finish are inherent
Natural materials (wood, stone, textiles) will vary
Handcrafted items may include slight imperfections

These are not considered defects, but rather part of the character of the product.

SECTION 8 Designer / Trade Disclaimer

Products are curated as part of a designer-led collection.

Audy & Co. is not responsible for:

Installation
Styling outcomes
Compatibility with existing furnishings or spaces

SECTION 9 Limitation of Liability

Audy & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Use or misuse of products
Delays in shipping
Third-party carrier issues

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

SECTION 10 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Supply chain disruptions
Weather events
Carrier interruptions
Manufacturing delays

SECTION 11 Influencer / Gifting Clause

All gifted items are:

Non-returnable
Provided without guarantee of posting

Content usage rights belong to Audy & Co. unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
