Once an order has been shipped, Audy & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery exceptions once marked "delivered." We recommend selecting secure delivery locations.

Orders cannot be modified once placed. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

We strive to display colors, textures, and materials as accurately as possible. However:

• Variations in color, tone, texture, and finish are inherent
• Natural materials (wood, stone, textiles) will vary
• Handcrafted items may include slight imperfections
